Solutions

Four solutions. One operating partner.

Vehicles, energy, data and people, delivered as a single integrated programme for commercial operators. Each section sets out the problem, our approach, the technology, the benefits, where it applies and how to partner with us.

01 · Solution

Fleet Electrification

Purpose-built EV deployment tailored to the intense duty cycles of last-mile delivery, express courier services and urban ride-hailing.

The problem
Commercial two-wheelers, three-wheelers and light vans work some of the hardest duty cycles in urban transport: long daily distances, heavy loads, stop-start traffic and rough roads. Operators carry volatile fuel bills and constant maintenance, and moving to electric asks them to take on unfamiliar technology, supply and after-sales risk on their own.
Our approach
Integride qualifies electric vehicles for intensive commercial duty and supplies them turnkey, taking on distribution and deployment so the operator is not carrying the technology risk alone. Vehicles are specified to work with a swappable-battery network, so the vehicle, the energy and the data are planned together rather than bought separately.
The technology
  • Electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers and light delivery vans
  • Product qualification criteria: high thermal tolerance, reinforced suspension setups and long-cycle lithium chemistry
  • Swappable battery packs designed to pair with the swap network
  • Telematics fitted for fleet visibility (see Fleet Telematics & Analytics)
Commercial benefits
  • Energy and maintenance costs that are modelled from your own duty cycle and easier to forecast than fuel
  • Vehicles chosen and qualified for commercial intensity rather than consumer use
  • One accountable partner for vehicles, energy, data and training
  • A path from a B2B trial to a larger rollout
Applications
  • Last-mile delivery
  • Express courier services
  • Urban ride-hailing and passenger transport
  • Urban commercial transport
Partner with us
Fleet operators can start with a B2B trial or an offtake discussion. Vehicle manufacturers can talk to us about supplying qualified products.

02 · Solution

Charging & Battery-Swapping Infrastructure

Turnkey deployment of automated, secure battery-swapping stations on an Energy-as-a-Service model, with distributed solar-assisted micro-hubs for charging continuity.

The problem
Every minute an electric vehicle spends waiting to charge is a minute it is not earning. Grid supply can be limited or unreliable in high-growth cities, and building charging infrastructure is capital-intensive and outside most operators' core business.
Our approach
Integride deploys automated, secure battery-swapping stations on an Energy-as-a-Service model, so operators pay for energy and service rather than owning infrastructure. Distributed solar-assisted micro-hubs add charging continuity where the grid cannot be relied on. The network is deployed and its reliability managed as one operating system.
The technology
  • Automated, secure battery-swapping stations and modular chargers
  • Charging infrastructure with smart charging and energy management
  • Solar-assisted micro-hubs and distributed energy systems for grid-independent charging continuity
  • Battery monitoring and station telemetry for network reliability
Commercial benefits
  • Designed to minimise vehicle downtime: the proposed operating specification is a swap in under 2 minutes
  • Infrastructure delivered as a service, reducing the capital an operator must commit up front
  • Charging continuity in places where grid supply is uncertain
  • Shared network utilisation across fleets rather than a private depot for each
Applications
  • Dense urban delivery and ride-hailing corridors
  • Fleet depots and logistics nodes
  • Transport hubs and public sites
  • Site-hosted charging and swap points
Partner with us
Site hosts, municipalities, energy providers and property developers can collaborate with us on hub locations. Hardware manufacturers can talk to us about field deployment.

03 · Solution

Fleet Telematics & Analytics

Real-time remote tracking of State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), energy consumption per kilometre, geofencing and driver behaviour scoring.

The problem
Operators cannot manage what they cannot see. Without live visibility of battery condition, energy used per kilometre, idle time and driver behaviour, downtime is a surprise, energy is wasted and the case for financing or reporting rests on estimates.
Our approach
Integride fits IoT telematics to the fleet and connects it to the swap network and an operations view, so each vehicle and battery reports its state continuously. Operators and, where agreed, partners see the same data.
The technology
  • GPS tracking and geofencing
  • State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH) monitoring
  • Energy consumption per kilometre
  • Driver behaviour scoring
  • Fleet analytics dashboards and operational monitoring
Commercial benefits
  • Utilisation, battery condition and energy cost turned into decisions an operator can act on
  • Earlier warning of battery and vehicle issues, so maintenance can be planned
  • Driver coaching and safer operations from behaviour data
  • A measured data trail for ESG reporting and impact finance, as operations produce it
Applications
  • Fleet operations desks
  • Battery lifecycle management
  • Route and geofence compliance
  • Driver coaching
  • Impact and ESG reporting
Partner with us
Fleet operators can enrol their vehicles for monitoring. Technology providers can discuss integration with our telematics layer, and investors can discuss data-backed reporting.

04 · Solution

Technical Training & Capacity Building

Specialised workforce education covering EV maintenance, high-voltage battery safety, diagnostic tools and charging facility management, building on certified curricula in Electric Vehicle Technology and Charging Infrastructure Management.

The problem
Electric vehicles and high-voltage battery systems need skills, tools and safety practices that many workshops do not yet have. Without trained technicians, even a well-chosen fleet is slow to repair and unsafe to service.
Our approach
Integride runs specialised workforce education covering EV maintenance, high-voltage battery safety, diagnostic tools and charging facility management, building on certified curricula in Electric Vehicle Technology and Charging Infrastructure Management.
The technology
  • EV maintenance procedures and diagnostic tools
  • High-voltage battery safety practice and protective equipment
  • Charging and swap facility management
  • Assessment and workforce certification
Commercial benefits
  • Local technical capacity that keeps electric fleets reliable and serviceable
  • Green-collar employment and vocational certification for technicians and young people
  • Safer handling of high-voltage systems
  • A trained workforce for every vehicle, station and partner deployment
Applications
  • Fleet maintenance teams
  • Charging and swap-station operators
  • Independent technicians
  • Vocational and training institutions
Partner with us
Employers can enrol staff, institutions can co-deliver programmes and individuals can ask about enrolment.

Fleet economics

Estimate what electrifying your fleet could do to operating cost

Model a two-wheeler, three-wheeler or light delivery van fleet. Every assumption is visible, editable and labelled as illustrative until we validate it against your operating data.

Operating-cost estimate only. It is not a full total cost of ownership and does not represent measured Integride results. How the estimate is calculated.

Tell us which of the four your operation needs first.

Most programmes start with a fleet trial or a single hub. We will help you scope the first step.
