About
The operating backbone for commercial electric mobility
Integride Solutions is an eco-friendly mobility solutions provider delivering commercial electric vehicle deployment, intelligent charging and battery-swapping infrastructure management, fleet telematics and workforce technical capacity building across emerging markets and high-density transport corridors.
Company overview
A dedicated vehicle for the transition
Integride Solutions was established as a dedicated vehicle for sustainable mobility, industrial clean-tech transition and energy resilience. Its work brings four things together that commercial operators otherwise have to assemble alone: the vehicles, the energy that powers them, the data that keeps them productive, and the people who service them.
The aim is to make electric mobility a commercially sound choice for the operators whose vehicles do the most work: courier networks, last-mile delivery fleets and urban passenger transport.
Mission and vision
Vision
To be the benchmark continental operating backbone for commercial electric mobility in high-growth economies.
Mission
To de-risk EV transition for commercial operators through turnkey vehicle distribution, swappable power systems, and technical capacity development.
Operating philosophy
De-risk the transition, then stay to operate it
Operators should not have to carry the technology, supply and skills risk of electrification alone. Integride takes on the integration so they can concentrate on running their business.
Commercial fleet operators
Logistics enterprises, courier networks and passenger transport operators seeking lower total cost, high uptime and managed charging.
Hardware OEMs and clean-tech manufacturers
Vehicle, battery and charging manufacturers seeking a deployment partner and distributor on the ground.
Municipalities, regulators and transit authorities
Public bodies focused on urban decarbonisation, transit modernisation and clean-air standards.
Development finance and ESG investors
Impact funds, climate-finance facilities and venture partners looking for commercially viable, data-backed green mobility assets.

Operating values
Four values that shape how we work
01
Environmental Stewardship
Success is measured in emissions displaced and energy used well. We report our impact with clear labels for what is measured, what is a target and what is modelled.
02
Engineering Reliability
Vehicles, batteries and stations are specified for commercial intensity. Uptime is the standard we design to, and we are explicit about the difference between a target and a result.
03
Local Capacity Empowerment
Training and certification build local technical skills and green-collar employment, so the transition is serviced and sustained by the communities it serves.
04
Transparent Data Governance
Operational data is used openly and responsibly. Figures on this site are labelled by evidence level, and personal data is handled under a published privacy notice.
Strategic direction
From vehicles to a continental operating backbone
The vision is delivered one corridor at a time, through four integrated solutions and a network of manufacturing, infrastructure and finance partners.
- 01Fleet ElectrificationTwo-, three-wheel and light commercial EVs for intensive duty cycles.
- 02Charging & Battery SwappingSwap networks, charging and solar-assisted micro-hubs as a service.
- 03Telematics & AnalyticsLive SoC, SoH, energy-per-km, geofencing and driver scoring.
- 04Training & Capacity BuildingEV maintenance, high-voltage safety and charging facility management.
Beyond the four solutions, the direction is set by partnerships: manufacturers who need a deployment partner, site hosts and municipalities who need infrastructure, and investors who need data-backed assets. See how partnerships work.
